Who Is Lesley Nicole?

Building Bridges Between Adults and Kids Who Feel Alone

Lesley Nicole is an author, international, speaker, and founder of Just One Can Org, a nonprofit dedicated to preventing youth suicide through connection. Her story didn’t start on a stage, it started in Tulsa, Oklahoma, as a little girl who seemed to “have it all” but still felt broken inside. Despite growing up with loving adoptive parents, Lesley battled deep feelings of isolation and attempted suicide more than once.

That experience became her lifelong mission: helping adults bridge the gap between love and communication. Today, Lesley speaks across schools, nonprofits, and major organizations like Berkshire Hathaway, PepsiCo, and Nova University, showing how one caring adult can change everything.

“Most keynote speakers won’t tell you they’ve stood where your struggling child stands. I will.” — Lesley Nicole

More than a speaker, Lesley is a connector, mentor, and advocate, helping parents, educators, and leaders rediscover the power of presence, play, and compassion, with specialized insights for ADHD adults and children to ensure every message truly connects.
