Welcome, I’m thrilled you came by!
I still remember the feelings of fear, overwhelm and sense of despair for my lack of skills to be the leader and parent I wanted to be and not knowing how. I wanted to know a way to guide myself first and thus my company and children in a way that respected my true self and their uniqueness. It took me several years of reading books. attending seminars and multiple workshops before I found a unique way of blending all that I had learned into a way that formed a basis of mutual respect, natural outcomes and growth for myself, my employees, my clients and my children AND in a way without lecturing, threatening and punishment. Whew! I was so happy to have found the pathway to be the loving, kind and compassionate individual for all my relationships!! My children are grown now and we have a relationship that is so deep, meaningful and connected in ways that are a challenge to describe the love into words. I am sure you have had those moments when the feeling is this all encompassing “essence” of pure love and fulfillment.
For over 25 years, I have guided parents, c-suite executives, entire companies, employees and educators in ways to understand themselves, employees and their children by bringing more harmony and love to your most important relationships. My most joyful and rewarding experiences are every time I am able to guide a family, individual or organization from chaos into clarity! Whether it’s finding peace in frustration or calmness in calamity there is a ALWAYS a way to make the shifts to bring more joy and happiness to this home work life experience we are having.
