Lesley Nicole grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma — loved by her adoptive parents, admired by her peers, and quietly drowning inside. She attempted suicide more than once. Not because no one loved her, but because no one knew how to reach her.

That is the gap Just One Can was built to close. Today, Lesley Nicole — known to many simply as “Mama Bear” — speaks internationally, has trained thousands of adults, and built the Trusted Adult Method™ — a framework that transforms ordinary relationships into lifelines, with deep expertise in ADHD and autism family dynamics.
